Noodles Aerobics is exercise FOR MEN & WOMEN using pool noodles for resistance in the
water. The first half of the hour includes exercises in the shallow end, while the second half
hour’s exercises are in the deep end. Excellent for toning, firming, and strengthening.
For more information, just show up to watch or grab your noodle and jump in!
