We are having our fellow residents being attacked by a creature that is wild. That is why the “Do Not Feed The Wildlife “rule is in effect. Documented cases can receive a fine as much as $500. You may think feeding the birds is harmless. This is just one of the many problems it causes. Palm rats love those seeds and bread that is thrown out.
