Calling All Resident to Join FMO

The Florida Federation of Manufactured Homeowners (FMO) exists to protect the lifestyle we have chosen to live our retirement years in a cost-effective manufactured home 55+ community. Our lifestyle and rights are codified in Florida Statute 723.

The FMO lobbyist, Nancy Black Stewart, works with the Florida Legislature in Tallahassee to represent our interests against proposed changes by park owners to Florida Stature 723. Our lobbyist is funded by small $25 annual fees paid by members of the FMO. Our lobbyist's influence with legislators is the number of paid FMO members that she represents (voters who can elect representatives and senators to the Florida Legislature). Our goal is to have as many residents of Lake Fairways be members of the FMO as possible.
