Lake Fairways Parking lot - RETURNING IN THE FALL
- A friendly group meets at the Main Hall to learn the ancient, meditative and health-giving moves of Taoist Tai Chi.
- We start with 30 minutes of fundamental exercises that build strength and balance then end with the 108-move set. Often described as dance like, the moves are slow, graceful and mildly aerobic.
Tai Chi Warmups ☯️Sally Mason does 35-40 minute warmups before her tai chi classes, and all are welcome. You don’t have to stay for the tai chi class. Warmups are designed to promote flexibility, balance, and relaxation. You leave class feeling that muscles have been gently stretched, and joints have been gently rotated. You do as much as feels comfortable. We meet in the parking lot in front of the clubhouse every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 am. You are welcome to attend once or regularly. Welcome! Pat Hutz
