A friendly group meets at the Main Hall
to learn the ancient, meditative and
health giving moves of Taoist Tai Chi.
We start with 30 minutes of fundamental
exercises that build strength and
balance then end with the 108 move set.
Often described as dance like, the moves
are slow, graceful and mildly aerobic.

There are no auditions. We are just
a group that enjoys music and
entertaining the community.
We know people are busy and may not
be able to attend all practices. We
welcome you when you can come.

Lake Fairways Quilting Group meets
in the main hall of the clubhouse on
Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m. beginning
October 1, 2019. In the past we have
made table runners, totes, quilts
for veterans and for charity. We
have all levels of experience among
the group who are willing to help
others and share their ideas. We
love “show and tell,” so bring your
items for us to see!!
Do you knit, crochet, or
cross-stitch? Why not bring a
project you're working on and just
join us for some lively
conversation? We look forward to
seeing you there.
Fitness Program Starts October 1, 2019
The Stronger Seniors Workout Program is
designed to help seniors develop
strength and enhance the ability to
function in daily life. These are easy,
weight lifting and balance exercises
using video tapes.
We meet each Tuesday and Thursday in the
main hall of the clubhouse at 8:00 a.m.
starting October 1, 2019. Just wear
comfortable clothing, preferably tennis
shoes and bring a 1 to 5-pound weight.
If you don't have a weight, a soup can
